📘 How to Use the GPA Calculator (Unofficial Guide)
Step 1: Determine Current Semester GPA
- Enter the letter grade you received for each class.
- Enter the credit hours for each class.
- Click "Calculate" to see your semester GPA.
Step 2: Determine Cumulative GPA
- Enter your current cumulative GPA (before this semester).
- Enter the total number of credit hours you’ve completed (not counting this semester).
- Add your new semester’s grades and credit hours.
- Click "Calculate" to see your new cumulative GPA.
Step 3: Print GPA Results
- Print results or save as a PDF document!

Grade Point Explanation
Your GPA is calculated using grades, grade points per credit hour, and hours attempted. FTCC's grade point system is listed here. The system applies to all curriculum courses except Pre-Curriculum.
