GPA Calculator

Your GPA is calculated using grades, grade points per credit hour, and hours attempted. FTCC's grade point system is listed here. The system applies to all curriculum courses except Pre-Curriculum.

F	0	Failing

This calculator will determine your GPA for a single semester. Enter the letter grade you've earned, plus the credit hours for each course taken; then click the Calculate button.

If you'd like to update your cumulative GPA, enter your cumulative GPA prior to the current semester along with total credit hours attempted up to that point. When you click on Calculate, your new cumulative GPA will appear, based on your prior GPA and your current semester GPA.

Do not include Pre-Curriculum classes. Credit hours for pre-curriculum courses are not counted in hours attempted, and those grades do not count toward your cumulative GPA.
