  Selecting each check box below confirms that you have read and understand each item.
   Please make a selection.   The Program Evaluation Plan provides the official list of courses eligible for coverage under VA education benefits. Courses taken outside of the stated curriculum will be the student’s financial responsibility.
    Please make a selection.   VA will not pay for the following courses:
    • Online remedial/developmental courses,
    • Repeated courses in which a “D” or above was obtained (program exceptions may apply),
    • Courses for which transfer credit has been granted, or
    • Adult Continuing Education (CON ED) courses.

  Please make a selection.      Tuition, fees, and book costs are governed by the student’s respective VA education benefits chapter. Students cannot charge school costs to the VA. Please visit the VA Benefits website for more information.
  Please make a selection.     Generally, allow approximately 30-45 days from the session start date for the VA to process educational benefits. Be prepared to pay out-of-pocket at the beginning of a session in the event of unforeseen backlogs.
    Please make a selection.      Academic progress is evaluated at the completion of each semester. All FTCC students are required to maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least a 2.0 (see page 24    of the FTCC Catalog). Failure to maintain will result in the following:
    • 1st occurrence - warning
    • 2nd occurrence - probation
    • 3rd occurrence – immediate suspension of VA benefits
