• Your name will be printed as it appears in the College’s Student Information System. 
• Login to your WebAdvisor student account to view your name under “My Profile” to ensure your name is listed correctly.  The name printed on your Degree/Diploma/Certificate will be the name listed in WebAdvisor.
• If you need to change your name, complete the Name Change form, then bring your signed social security card and a picture ID to the HSC office at least two weeks prior to the below due date.
• High School Connections students do not pay a graduation fee
• This application is due to the High School Connections office no later than March 17, 2023 for Spring 2023 Graduation
